The building,as residents know it.

Building Review is a directory of Ottawa condominium and apartment buildings with reviews written by the people who live in them: noise, maintenance, management, fees and what it is like day to day.

Each building also shows what the City of Ottawa publishes about it: its address, its ward, how many unit addresses the City has recorded there and its building permits. The City publishes no register of condominiums or apartment buildings, so a building here is an address with eight or more units. Whether those homes are rented or owned is not in the data.

Reading is free and needs no account. Residents with a confirmed email can review a building they have lived in, report problems and maintenance, and suggest corrections. A moderator checks new buildings and edits before they appear.
